Meet with Colleen for a one to one personal destiny activation session and begin a lifelong journey of self-discovery, creativity and fulfillment. These sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual. They may include meditation, coaching, yoga, archetype and oracle queries, energy work and sound healing with the gong. Colleen has extensive knowlege of the meditations, yoga sets and lifestyle practices within the Kundalini tradition and can also offer suggestions on home practices to enhance your experience of your life.
Sessions are 60 minutes in person or on Zoom.
